Depending on the features you use, we may also collect:

• Sales call metadata (participants, duration, timestamps)
• Deal and opportunity information from connected CRM systems
• Contact and company data from CRM integrations
• Sales conversation notes and summaries you provide

Our conversation analysis features, powered by third-party services including Recall.ai, enable recording and analysis of sales calls conducted through video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams). When you enable call recording:

• Audio and/or video from your calls is captured and securely transmitted to our systems
• Recordings are transcribed using AI-powered speech recognition
• Transcripts and recordings are analyzed to provide coaching insights and performance feedback
• Call metadata (date, time, duration, participants) is stored alongside recordings

Important: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from all participants before recording any call. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction, and some locations require consent from all parties. Salesably is not responsible for ensuring compliance with recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.

Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained according to your organization's settings or our default retention period. You may request deletion of recordings at any time by contacting support@salesably.ai.

Our Deal Clinic feature analyzes sales conversations, call transcripts, and deal notes to provide AI-powered diagnostic reports on your sales opportunities. When you use Deal Clinic:

• Content you provide (transcripts, notes, voice summaries) is processed by AI models
• Deal information may be correlated with data from connected CRM systems
• AI-generated insights and recommendations are stored in your account

Deal Clinic reports may contain sensitive business information. Access to these reports is controlled by your organization's administrator settings.

When you connect Salesably to third-party CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, we access and process data from those systems to enhance our services. This may include:

• Deal and opportunity records (names, values, stages, close dates)
• Contact and company information
• Activity history and notes
• Custom fields relevant to sales processes

We only access data necessary to provide the features you have enabled. Data synchronized from CRM systems is subject to the same security and privacy protections as other data in Salesably. You can disconnect CRM integrations at any time through your account settings.

We may write data back to your CRM (such as notes, activity logs, or deal updates) only when you explicitly authorize such actions. You retain full control over what data is synchronized between systems.

Your personal information is used to deliver and enhance our services, communicate with you, and personalize your training experience. We utilize usage data to identify trends, improve our platform's functionality, and customize our content and training modules to better suit your needs.

Salesably does not use your data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Your conversations, call recordings, transcripts, deal information, CRM data, and any other content you provide are used solely to deliver our services to you. We do not and will not use your data to train, improve, or develop AI models—either our own or those of any third party.

We have contractual agreements with our AI service providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) that prohibit them from using your data for model training purposes. To the best of our knowledge and based on these agreements, your data is processed only to generate immediate responses and is not retained or used by these providers for any other purpose, including AI model training or improvement.

This commitment applies to all data you provide to Salesably, regardless of which features you use.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as mandated by law or with your explicit consent. We may disclose your data to service providers who assist us in delivering our services, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our service.

• Recall.ai - Call recording and transcription services for conversation analysis
• OpenAI and Anthropic - AI model providers for conversation analysis, coaching, and deal intelligence
• HubSpot and Pipedrive - CRM platforms (when you choose to connect them)
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers - Secure data storage and processing
• Analytics Services - Platform usage analysis and improvement

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content, conversations, recordings, and business data are never used by Salesably to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

When your data is processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), it is used solely to generate responses and insights for your use. We have agreements in place with these providers that prohibit them from using your data to train their models. To the best of our knowledge and based on our contractual agreements, your data is not retained by these providers beyond the immediate processing of your request and is not used for any purpose other than providing the requested service.

We implement suitable security measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Nevertheless, no transmission or storage method is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
