This week brought major enhancements to our glossary system with YouTube video integration, expanded Manager Practice Module assignments, and significant mobile experience improvements for learning paths. We've also enhanced our Conversation Analyzer to support multiple file formats including PDF, DOCX, and TXT files, making it easier than ever to analyze your sales conversations.

  • YouTube Video Integration: You can now ingest YouTube videos directly as glossary sources through the glossary generator dialog - perfect for incorporating training videos and expert content into your knowledge base
  • Improved Term Selection: Enhanced the term selection process for better glossary management and organization

Manager Practice Module Expansion

  • Assignment Support: Full assignment functionality is now available for Manager Practice Modules, giving you more control over practice scenarios and tracking
  • Scenario Management: Extended customer opening support across all scenario types for more consistent experiences

  • Soundbites Integration: Added soundbites to feedback report for richer learning experiences
  • Streamlined Navigation: Automatic progression to next content item when resources are marked complete
