Studio & workspace controls that match how you operate
Improved admin views and permissions make it easier for super users to manage Expert-Model content and reports across allowed workspaces, so centralized enablement teams can support multiple orgs or regions without friction. -
Cleaner assignment and rubric management
Behind-the-scenes fixes to rubrics, objections ingestion, and assignment counts ensure your coaching programs and reporting stay aligned with the structure you’ve defined.

Richer, clearer COG reports for better coaching
COG reports now include a legend for capability levels and information strength, plus a cleaner layout, so managers and reps can instantly understand where a conversation was strong and where to coach. -
Source material & “Re-run Analysis” for COG
Each COG report now has a Source Material tab showing the underlying transcript/notes and a “Re-run Analysis” button, letting you validate insights and quickly refresh reports when call notes or transcripts are updated. -
On-the-fly practice in scored mode
You can now run on-the-fly practice sessions in scored mode, turning ad-hoc role plays into measurable coaching moments without needing to set up full assignments.

- More consistent access to dashboards, reports, and tests
Multiple fixes across dashboards, takeaway reports, FAQ/Glossary tests, and password reset flows mean smoother loading and fewer interruptions, so reps and managers can stay focused on coaching and deals.
