AI Sales Assistant
Talk to every visitor. Hand your team only the ones worth a meeting
Most inbound isn't sales-ready — and rep time is your most expensive resource. Salesably's AI Sales Assistant has the first conversation with everyone: it answers questions and self-serves the browsers, and when a buyer fits your ideal customer profile, it qualifies them, syncs your CRM, and books the meeting.
The assistant on this page is the product. Go ahead — ask it something hard.
The triage tax
Reps spend their best hours finding out who deserves their hours
Every inbound request gets a human follow-up — including the students, job-seekers, support questions, and tire-kickers. The first conversation’s only job is qualification, and it doesn’t need to be a person.
Buried treasure
High-value buyers wait in the same queue as everyone else
When all inbound gets identical treatment, your best prospect sits behind twenty bad fits — and talks to a competitor while your team digs. Buyers worth a meeting should surface in minutes, not days.
Self-service isn’t second-class
Most visitors don’t want a salesperson anyway
They want an answer — pricing, integrations, how you compare. Answer instantly from your playbook and low-intent visitors get a great experience that costs your team nothing.
Triage built in
Every conversation ends in the right place
A contact form captures a name. This assistant runs discovery: it asks your questions, scores every lead against your ideal customer profile, and you set the threshold for what reaches a human.
High fit, ready to talk
Scored against your ideal customer profile, discovery captured, CRM record created with full context — and the meeting booked with your team, inside the chat.
Needs a person
If the visitor asks for a human or needs a detail the assistant cannot confirm, scheduled Slack handoff opens a private thread for your team during the hours you actually cover.
Promising, not ready yet
Synced to your CRM with notes and attribution so marketing and sales can follow up when the timing is right — no rep time spent finding out.
Browsing, support, not a fit
Questions answered instantly from your playbook, pointed to the right resources, treated well — at zero cost to your team’s calendar.
Your reps stop qualifying and start closing — they only ever meet buyers the assistant already vetted.
Real answers, not scripts
It answers the way your best rep would
The assistant is grounded in your Salesably studio — the same positioning, FAQs, and objection handling your team trains on — plus a distilled crawl of your website. Ask it how you compare to a competitor and it gives your answer, in your language, with a suggested next step.
- Knowledge that stays fresh — studio content and website crawls refresh automatically, so the assistant never pitches last quarter's story.
- Suggested replies — every answer ends with tappable follow-ups that keep buyers moving toward the meeting.
- Voice mode — visitors can speak with it naturally, interruptions included.

Stop the new-tab eject
The meeting gets booked inside the chat
The moment a buyer is ready is exactly the wrong moment to send them to another tab. When they say yes, your Calendly or Cal.com calendar opens right in the panel — they pick a time, the confirmation appears in the conversation, and a booked-meeting event lands in your analytics.
- Calendly and Cal.com built in — use the booking link you already have; no migration.
- A real conversion signal — you see booked meetings, not just “clicked the link and disappeared”.
- Qualified first — discovery happens before the calendar appears, so sales walks in with context.
From script tag to booked meetings
One assistant, working every visitor conversation end to end.
Connect your studio
Link your Salesably studio and the assistant learns your positioning, FAQs, glossary, and objection handling automatically.
It learns your website
A crawler reads your site and distills it into product knowledge, refreshed on a schedule you control.
It greets and answers
Page-aware greetings open the conversation; every answer comes from your knowledge, not generic AI filler.
It triages
Every lead is scored against your ideal customer profile. High-fit buyers sync to your CRM with discovery notes; everyone else is helped without burning a minute of rep time.
It books the meeting
Your Calendly or Cal.com calendar opens inside the chat — the buyer picks a time without ever leaving the conversation.
It reports what happened
Admins can get a weekly email with conversations, qualified leads, and question themes, so they do not have to log in just to see whether the assistant moved anything forward.
This isn't a chatbot. It's a teammate.
Old chatbots follow decision trees and hand you transcripts. This one runs your playbook and hands you booked, qualified meetings. Built by the company that scores sales conversations for a living: the same engine that grades a rep's discovery now runs discovery on your site.
Trained on your playbook
Answers come from your Salesably studio — positioning, FAQs, glossary, objection handling — plus your website. It sells the way you trained your team to sell.
Teach it when it’s off
See an answer you don’t love? Give it the better one. Taught answers and standing guidance steer future replies, so the assistant keeps getting sharper the way you’d coach a new rep.
Safe and on-message
It answers only from your knowledge and stays in role — no inventing prices or claims, no off-topic detours, no medical, legal, or financial advice, and it never collects sensitive personal data. It routes anything it can’t confirm to a human.
Voice conversations
Visitors can talk instead of type. Real-time speech in both directions, with barge-in so buyers can interrupt like a natural conversation.
Qualification built in
BANT-style scoring tuned to your ideal customer profile and your own discovery questions. Hot, warm, and cold tiers decide what reaches sales.
CRM sync with full context
Qualified leads land in Attio or HubSpot — or anywhere via webhooks — with the discovery notes, page source, and UTM attribution attached. Not just a name and email.
Meetings booked in-chat
Calendly and Cal.com open inside the panel. You get a booked-meeting signal in analytics, not a hope that the new tab converted.
Scheduled human handoff
When a visitor needs a person, the assistant can open a Slack thread for your team and relay replies back into the widget. Set business hours and timezone so handoff only appears when humans are actually available.
Weekly emailed reports
Admins can receive a scheduled email summary of conversations, qualified leads, recurring questions, and useful insights. The assistant can show its work without making your team check a dashboard every day.
Proactive, not pushy
Per-page engagement rules, scroll and exit-intent triggers, and returning-visitor recognition that greets known buyers by name and picks up where they left off.
Your name, face, and brand
Name the assistant, pick its avatar, match your brand colors with automatic contrast, light and dark schemes, and your own font. Open it as a bubble, a panel, a full-height dock, or an inviting card with your photo and calls to action. It looks like you hired it, because you did.
Installed in minutes
One script tag, no build step. Configuration is a dashboard — or just tell the built-in config copilot what to change in plain English.
Marketing intelligence included
Finally know what your visitors actually ask
Every conversation is a piece of market research. The dashboard rolls them up into a funnel — visitors → conversations → qualified leads → booked meetings — plus the questions buyers really ask, the objections that come up, and AI-written insight reports on themes and content gaps.
- Funnel analytics with UTM, page, and referrer attribution on every lead.
- Visitor questions report — every question asked, grouped and counted, ready to feed your FAQ and content plan.
- AI conversation insights — themes, objections, and suggested next actions distilled on demand.
- Weekly emailed reports — recent conversations, qualified leads, recurring questions, and observations sent to admins on your schedule.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes. Enroll the assistant with your Salesably studio ID, and it pulls your company name, website, and sales knowledge automatically. Installing on your site is a single script tag — no build step or engineering project.
What does the assistant learn from?
Three sources: your Salesably studio (positioning, FAQs, glossary, objection handling), a scheduled crawl of your website, and any notes or documents you add — PDFs, Word docs, and spreadsheets are distilled into knowledge it can use in conversation. You can also teach it directly: when an answer isn’t right, give it the better one and it uses that going forward.
Can I correct it when it gets something wrong?
Yes. From the dashboard you can review real conversations and, for any answer, teach a better one — plus standing guidance on how you want it to respond. Those corrections steer future replies, so the assistant improves the way you’d coach a new rep, without touching any code.
Will it ever go off-script or give bad advice?
It’s built to stay in its lane. The assistant answers only from your approved knowledge — it won’t invent prices, claims, or certifications — and it stays on topic, declines to act as a general-purpose AI, and never gives medical, legal, or financial advice or collects sensitive personal data. Anything it can’t confirm is routed to a human instead of guessed at.
Is this just another chatbot?
No. Old chatbots follow decision trees and hand you a transcript. This assistant holds real conversations grounded in your actual sales playbook, runs your discovery questions, scores every lead against your ideal customer profile, syncs your CRM with full context, and books the meeting inside the chat.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Attio and HubSpot are built in, with credentials configured per assistant. A generic webhook integration connects anything else — Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint. Every qualified lead arrives with discovery notes and acquisition context (page, UTM, referrer).
What happens to visitors who aren’t a sales fit?
They still get a great experience — instant answers from your knowledge, helpful resources, no calendar pressure. They just never consume your team’s time. Only leads that clear your qualification threshold sync to the CRM and reach a rep, and you set that threshold.
How does in-chat meeting booking work?
If your booking link is Calendly or Cal.com, the calendar opens inside the chat panel — visitors pick a time without leaving the conversation, and a booked-meeting event lands in your analytics. Other scheduling links keep working as normal links.
Can a visitor still reach a real person?
Yes. You can connect a private Slack app for human handoff. When the visitor asks for a person or the assistant needs help, it opens a Slack thread, relays visitor messages into that thread, and sends human replies back into the widget. Handoff has its own availability schedule and timezone, so it only appears when your team is actually covering it.
Do admins have to log in to see whether anything happened?
No. The dashboard is there when you want detail, but admins can also receive a weekly email report with recent conversations, qualified leads, recurring visitor questions, and useful observations. You can configure the recipients, schedule, timezone, and send a manual report any time.
Can visitors talk to it by voice?
Yes. Voice mode does real-time speech-to-text and natural text-to-speech replies, with barge-in support so visitors can interrupt mid-answer, just like a phone call.
Can I control how it looks and sounds?
Fully. Give it a name, a face from the avatar gallery (illustrated or photorealistic) or your own image, your brand color with automatic contrast handling, light/dark/auto schemes, custom greetings, quick-action buttons, and per-page proactive messages.
What happens to my visitors’ data?
Conversations are processed to generate replies (OpenAI for chat and spoken responses, AssemblyAI for voice transcription) and stored so you can review them in your dashboard. Qualified lead details, discovery notes, and the full transcript go to your connected CRM and nowhere else. Visitor conversations are never used to train AI models. Voice starts only after the visitor grants microphone permission, the widget links to a privacy notice, and onboarding includes suggested disclosure language for your own privacy policy.
How much does it cost?
One flat price: $349 per month for the full assistant, including managed setup of your knowledge pack. Salesably enablement customers add it to the studio they already have for $199 per month. Conversations are unmetered on both plans, billing is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. No per-seat, per-lead, or per-resolution fees, ever.
