What call formats does the Conversation Analyzer support?
The Analyzer works with live meeting capture and imported files. You can send the notetaker into Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, or import MP3/WAV recordings, PDF/DOCX notes, VTT/TXT transcripts, pasted text, exported transcripts from tools like Otter AI, and recordings or files pulled directly from Google Drive. Imported transcripts can also be optionally redacted for sensitive personally identifiable information.
Can Salesably join live meetings?
Yes. You can paste a meeting link and have the notetaker join now or at a scheduled time, add notetaker@salesably.ai to a calendar invite, or forward the invite email. That covers live capture without changing how your team books meetings.
