What's New in Salesably - July 2026
Practice moved onto the phone, Guide started coaching inside the live call, and Sabine now writes scripts in the rep's own words.

Knowing what to say has never been the hard part. Saying it out loud, to a real person, while the stakes are real, is the part that breaks.
July pushed Salesably toward that moment. Practice moved onto the phone. Guide started helping inside the live call. And Sabine started writing in the rep's own words.
Practice moved to the phone
Who it is for: Teams with phone practice turned on.
An assignment can now run in the browser, over the phone, or leave the choice to the rep each time. The phone option needs no separate app. The rep answers a call, speaks, and the result lands back on the same assignment record as a browser session.
The setup around those calls got cleaner too. The PIN email now puts the scenario, the persona and the expiration time where you can actually see them. Results come back faster when the call ends. If a studio grades with labels instead of numbers, the spoken briefing uses those same labels rather than switching to a score nobody uses internally.
That choice matters more than it sounds. Typing a pitch and saying a pitch are different skills, and the second one is the one the buyer hears. Some reps need a headset and a full screen to concentrate. Others do their best work when it feels like a real call, because it basically is one.
Guide joined the live conversation
Who it is for: Reps on real calls, and the managers reviewing them.
Guide listens during the call and offers short, timely guidance drawn from the studio's own rubric. Short is the design constraint. Nobody can read a coaching essay while a buyer is mid-sentence.
After the call, Salesably reviews the conversation against that same rubric, the one practice is scored by. Rehearsal and real performance now get judged by one definition of good, which is the whole reason transfer data is worth collecting.

Every route into Conversation Analyzer lands in the same review flow: live meeting, imported transcript, or a room recorded on the phone.
Guide also knows the limits of its own evidence. When a recording is short or one-sided, it says the conversation is too thin to judge instead of attaching a confident-looking number to it. That is what makes the scores you do get worth acting on: every one of them traces back to something the rep actually said.
Published Learning Paths stay current
Who it is for: Admins.
You can now add new content to a Learning Path that is already live and email the enrolled reps about it, with a link straight to the new material. A path becomes something you keep sharpening as the market moves, rather than a snapshot of what you knew on the day you published it.
Stories created inside a path can be promoted into the Story Library, which turns a good story into a reusable asset instead of leaving it stranded in one path. Scenarios can be dragged into the order you want across admin lists. Resource editors got room for custom sections and content types. Searchable menus replaced plain dropdowns in the long admin forms, which is a small change that stops mattering the moment your studio has forty personas and it never stops mattering after that.
The goal here is not more content. It is keeping the right practice in front of reps without making upkeep a second job.
Coaching started sounding like the rep
Who it is for: Every rep who has ever been handed a script they would never say.
Generated sales language has a specific tell. It is balanced, tidy, and slightly too well organized, and buyers hear it immediately.
Sabine now writes scripts, openers, objection responses and example lines for the ear instead of the page. Where a rep has practice history, Salesably can draw on that rep's own words to match their vocabulary, rhythm and level of formality. The target is the same person on a better day, not a generic salesperson reading approved copy.
Feedback got more faithful to each studio at the same time. Admins can define custom score ranges for their own grading scale. Supervisors get proper access to the people and analytics they are responsible for. Rubric feedback does a better job grounding its conclusions in what the rep actually said, rather than in what the model assumed a good call sounds like.
Coaching only changes behavior when the rep believes it. That belief starts with language they would really use and feedback they recognize as fair.
The public site got clearer
Who it is for: Anyone trying to work out what Salesably is.
The homepage is shorter and more direct about the flow through the product. New videos show the thing working. Salesably Recorder has a clear place in the story next to Practice Studios, Conversation Analyzer and Deal Clinic.

One promise at the top, then the product flow underneath it.
The comparison pages went deeper, with a fit guide for teams deciding what kind of system they actually need. More words was not the goal. A buyer should be able to tell quickly whether execution is their problem, and leave if it is not.
Also shipped in July
- Branded HTML slide decks can be generated for lessons and resources, using the same authoring guide as decks built by hand.
- A by-member progress matrix joined the enrollments report, so a path's status across the team is legible in one view.
- Q&A replaced FAQ as the term across the product, and content now records where it came from: forms, the builder, or agents.
- One studio can be duplicated into several at once, which matters for teams running regional or product variants.
- Assignments got a list view, and scenarios can be dragged into the order you want across admin lists.
- Salesably became readable by agents, with an agent-facing site description, llms.txt and sitemap discovery.
- Session Replay and real user monitoring are now running in the iOS and Android apps, so mobile issues get diagnosed from evidence.
- Plus a round of polish across voice practice, the mobile apps and reporting.
What July was actually about
Practice Studios asks whether a rep can execute the behavior. Conversation Analyzer asks whether they did. July shortened the distance between those two questions.
A rep can rehearse in the browser or out loud on the phone. Guide can help while the conversation is happening. The real call gets reviewed against the same standard the practice was scored by. Sabine can turn that feedback into words the rep would genuinely say. And the admin can update the next round of practice and tell the team it is ready.
That is when practice stops being an activity on a completion report and starts changing what happens on calls.
